FRONT PANEL

A wide dot matrix display together with WARD's firmware make the radio extremely versatile in the confirguration of it's various functions and also in the creation of personalised functions.

DATA TRANSMISSION

WARD is equiped with an internal modem which, through its serial port RS232, gives the user the possibilty to expand the radio's functions as follows:

transmit data in FFSK format
send and transmit messages and visualize them on the radio's clear display
connect external equipment, such as GPS receivers for fleet management applications or data collection.
