RIO was projected to accomplish the objectivs leading to  a faster response fot the client's orders in bars and restaurants giving in the same time informations in real time about the entire firm's activity.

RIO is characterized by the next features:

solution to generate the orders from distance in non-fiscal regime
waiter's and sales men's personalization
printer in fiscal regime 

PERFORMANCES

  A tables' configuration plan (maximum 200) having  maximum 6 clients for each table, allowing the possibility to take orders for 1200 locations, having the possibility to make individual payements

 Maximum 9 printers in fiscal and non-fiscal regime; the non-fiscal printers are placed where the orders are executed (kitchen, bar, coffe shop, pizza , etc)

 The waiters are personalized (their number is maximum 50)  giving the possibility to see each one's activity. They are taking the orders directly from the client's tables, using the palms. The orders are transmitted to the server by radio, and then the order's papers are printed on the non-fiscal printers, for each department. 

 The orders are closed from the palms; the server is printing the fiscal note when their values is paid.
